Hi! My name is Penny Kay Okonek. I believe that Reiki and Holistic Health Practices saved my life... Let me tell you a story... My story...

I grew up in foster care since I was 3. I was adopted at age 8 and thrown back into the foster care system at 14. Needless to say, I had issues with abandonment and love. I didn't even know how to love myself! Because of this, I was put on prescription drugs that left me feeling like a "zombie", just getting by. I didn't want to just get by... So, I prayed... Then... I discovered Reiki and boy...it changed my life! With the help of Reiki, I was able to get off ALL of the prescription drugs for pain, depression and anxiety!

By mastering Reiki, other forms of healing, I began to open up!

I offer Intuitive Reiki Sessions and many other services, such as Intuitive and Oracle Readings, Hypnosis, as well as Crystal Healing and several other forms of Energy Work!
